Information on Postage
Queen of Flour uses Royal Mail to send out all cookie boxes, unless stated otherwise, this will be the preferred courier.
If you are local, you are more than welcome to pick up direct from HQ.
All prices are direct from Royal Mail and will be priced according to the weight of the box:

Typically most orders under 1KG (that's a shed lot of cookies just as an FYI) are the following:

£5.45 - First Class Delivery Signed for
​
£7.15 - Guaranteed before 1pm (under 500G)
​
£8.45 - Guaranteed before 1pm (over 500g to 1KG)
​
I always advise my customers to select the guaranteed option if you require cookies for an event, this is also to make sure you don't miss your postie.

Once the cookies have left The Queen of Flour HQ, it really is in the hands of Royal Mail, as unfortunate as it can be, I cannot guarantee that it will get there in one piece. (I've only ever had one broken cookie in 2 years and RM compensated my customer as the guaranteed option is insured.

A Royal Mail tracking link will be emailed on the day of dispatch so you can track the journey of your order. Typically, this will show you a 2 hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery.
